Seth M. Merksamer Investment Banking Analyst

Mr. Merksamer joined the THiNKGREEN! team in 2009 as an Investment Banking Analyst. His primary focus areas are sourcing new investment opportunities with Cleantech companies and renewable projects, deal syndication with other financial institutions, and deal analysis support, providing account coverage to key institutional investor client relationships in California, and the general western United States.

As a specialist in Cleantech and renewable projects, he channels the team's comprehensive understanding of the various players and technologies in order to provide our clients with perspective into relevant investors, transactions, legislation, and market trends. With previous analytical and sales experience in Cleantech, communications, media, and real estate, Mr. Merksamer offers a wealth of knowledge to project managers, specifically in specialty finance, equipment leasing and bank debt.

Given the team's focus and discipline, Mr. Merksamer is uniquely positioned to facilitate the firm's service offerings to commercial, industrial, and municipal-scale project installations. Mr. Merksamer actively works with developers, project hosts, government agencies and financiers to develop realistic financial structures that can ultimately lead to a greater chance of institutional funding.

Mr. Merksamer received a Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics. Mr. Merksamer holds a Series 7, 63 and 79 and is a registered representative with New Century Capital Partners, member FINRA & SIPC.
